1. 2. Skateboard part: The left and right oil cylinders are fastened to the frame with bolts, and the piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected to the slider with spherical pads and screws. This structure improves the working state of the piston rod and the bonding performance between the piston rod and the slider when the slider is subjected to eccentric loads; The slider and the frame are connected by a rectangular guide rail pair with self-lubricating function; A grating ruler with a measurement accuracy of 0.005 mm is installed on the C-shaped plates on both sides of the rack to detect and feedback the synchronous motion status of two oil cylinders, in order to control the stroke position of the slider.

The lower mold adopts a concentric mold form, which is convenient and fast to change, reduces labor intensity, and improves production efficiency.
5. Front material support bracket: This component is a standard part and is installed on the front of the workbench. When in use, the material support bracket can be manually moved to the appropriate position and tightened according to the length of the workpiece. The material support bracket can be adjusted in both horizontal and vertical directions.
6. Special structure throat deformation compensation device: Install a grating ruler on each side of the machine tool to measure and feedback the precise distance between the slider and the lower worktable. The grating ruler is connected to the worktable through a C-shaped frame, effectively eliminating the influence of frame throat deformation on the position of the slider; The position data of the slider during operation is fed back to the numerical control system, and the output signal of the numerical control system controls the operation of the hydraulic proportional servo valve.
